We start drive at 8:30 am from manali. The Distance to Jobra is 90Km from Srinagar. The route from Manali to Jobra is a picturesque drive through the beautiful landscapes of Himachal Pradesh in India. Once we reach Jobra, we can embark on a trek to Chika. The trek from Jobra to Chika is relatively easy and takes around 2-3 hours, covering a distance of approximately 2.5 kilometers. The trek passes through lush green forests, small streams, and scenic meadows, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

After having Breakfast, the trek begins from Chika with enjoyable morning. The Distance is 8.5 KM and it will take approx. 5-6 hours. From there, we pass through picturesque landscapes, crossing lush green meadows, gushing streams, and dense forests of pine and deodar trees. After a few hours of trekking, we reach Balu ka Ghera.

After reaching Hampta Pass we will take some time to soak in the stunning scenery before continuing our journey towards Shea Goru. And then we will ready to go Shea Goru. When we arrive at Shea Goru, another picturesque camping site nestled amidst towering peaks and lush greenery. Set up our camp, relax, and revel in the tranquillity of this remote mountain paradise.

We start our journey from Chatru to manli via Rohtang Pass. This trek is around 80 km and takes approx 4 hours to cover. Once we reach Rohtang Pass, we will take some time to enjoy the stunning views from Rohtang Pass. After enjoying stunning view, we will drive towards Manali. At the end enjoying scenic beauty we end our journey at Manali.
Note: Chandratal Lake will covered either on day 4 or day 5 (depending on road and weather conditions), Drive Distance: 50 km, 3-4 hr to Chandratal and back to the campsite.

3. Basic gears – Backpack with rain cover, Daypack with rain cover, Hiking pole, Sun glasses, Water Bottle / Hydration pack, small size tiffin/lunch box and Snacks.
4. Foot gears – Hiking shoes with ankle support and 3 to 4 pairs of shocks.
5. Head gears – Head lamp, Woollen cap and Neck gaiters.
6. Personal toiletries – Sunscreen, Moisturiser, Quick dry towel, Lip balm or Vaseline, Hand Sanitizer, Toilet paper, Toothbrush and Toothpaste.

Cancellation Policy
1. If you cancel your Hampta Pass Trek 15 days before the trek date.
- Â Can do any other trek in one year and reduce the cost by same
- Take back the whole amount back
2. If you cancel your Hampta Pass Trek within 10 days prior to its start.
- Can do any other trek in one year and reduce the cost by same
- Take back 50% of the amount.
3. If you cancel your Hampta Pass Trek just 7 before the trek date.
- Can do any other trek in one year and reduce the cost by same

Note: Processing of refund will take 5 working days.
4. Important note:
The entire trek fee must be paid by the trekker at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- Â If natural calamities lead to the cancellation of the trek, we will either reschedule the trek and invite you to join the next available batch or provide you with a gift voucher of equal value.
- In case the trek is cancelled due to a small group size, we will refund the entire amount paid or provide a voucher of equal value.

Ans: Backpack offloading services are available. However, if you want to use this service, you need to register in advance during the trek registration process. If you decide to opt for backpack offloading at the start of the trek, it will cost you significantly more.
10. What is the temperature range on this trek in different seasons?
Ans: In winters, daytime temperature varies between 12°C to 15°C, and nighttime temperatures go down to -10°C to -15°C. In summer, temperatures range between 8°C to 15°C.
11. Will accommodation be provided if we arrive prior to the trekking date?
Ans: No, we are not providing any accommodation in such a case, but we can suggest other homestay options where you can stay before your trek batch date.
12. How many trekkers will be there in the group?
Ans: We limit our trekking groups to a maximum of 25 people per batch to preserve the secluded nature of the trek. The actual group size may vary depending on the number of registrations.
13. Who will be our guide for the Hampta Pass Trek organised by Lets Outdoors?
Ans: Certified and experienced mountain guide, along with an experienced high-altitude cook, local mountain guide, and other supporting staff.
14. Are trekking gears available on rent?
Ans: Yes, trekking gear is available for rent. Renting gear makes more sense than buying because purchasing trekking gear can be quite expensive. Therefore, it is better to opt for renting gear instead.
15. What type of shoes would be appropriate for the trek?
Ans: If you’re planning to go hiking, it’s important to buy or rent good quality, water-tight shoes with ankle support to keep yourself safe from ankle twists. Make sure to check the grooves in the bottom of the shoes and ensure that they have good grooves and shapes that will help you grip the trek.
16. Is it safe to drink alcohol to warm up when feeling cold during the Hampta Pass Trek?
Ans: Consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited during the Hampta Pass Trek due to its dehydrating effect on the body. The cold weather can already cause dehydration and lack of thirst, which can be dangerous for your health.
